Role Description: Pre-Sales

Location: Bengaluru, Delhi (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced and solution-driven Presales Managers to join our team in Bengaluru and Delhi. This on-site role focused on driving presales excellence across customer engagements. The Presales Manager will be responsible for shaping solution strategies, building compelling value narratives, and owning the demo lifecycle from design to delivery.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to understand client needs, translate them into tailored solution demonstrations, and ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery. This role is crucial in helping prospects visualize business outcomes through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations customized to client contexts
  • Lead demo engineering, including configuring demo environments and building scenario-based flows
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align demos with latest capabilities and roadmaps
  • Own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposals with clear articulation of value
  • Conduct workshops, sales discovery sessions, and consultative engagements with client stakeholders
  • Support the sales team in creating business cases, value decks, and solution strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor across the presale’s lifecycle, from qualification to closure

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and solution design skills
  • Proven experience in presales, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in product demonstrations and demo environment configuration
  • Experience engaging with clients across Asia and the Middle East, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and converting opportunities
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise software (HCM or SaaS platforms preferred)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or related fields

Role Overview: Associate Sales Directors

Locations: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai

As a Regional Associate Sales Director – Enterprise HCM Solutions, you will own and grow Tapplent’s enterprise footprint across your assigned region. This role is designed for a strategic, well-networked sales leader who can engage directly with CXOs (CHROs, CFOs, CIOs, and CEOs) to help them redefine how they manage and measure their people investments.
This is a quota-carrying, consultative enterprise sales role with a strong focus on strategic partnerships, business outcomes, and long-term account growth. Success will be defined not just by revenue performance but by the depth of relationships you build and the value you deliver to clients. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams:- Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Alliances, to co-create tailored solutions aligned with each client’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 30 accounts, maintaining strong executive relationships and driving consistent YoY growth.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with CXO, CHRO, CFO, CIO, and other business leaders.
  • Consistently close at least 6 new enterprise deals annually, each averaging US$100K or more in contract value.
  • Develop and present quantifiable business cases demonstrating measurable talent ROI, workforce agility, and productivity gains.
  • Drive pipeline generation and expansion, ensuring forecast accuracy and disciplined deal execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized demos, pilots, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring value realization and identifying opportunities for expansion. 

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with strong success in HCM / HR Tech domains.
  • Well-networked with CXO-level relationships across enterprise organizations (CHROs, CFOs, CIOs, CEOs).
  • Proven ability to exceed annual ARR quotas of US$.5M – 1M through multi-year enterprise contracts.
  • Demonstrated success managing 6–9-month enterprise sales cycles with 8+ stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and expertise in building ROI/value models for executive audiences.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes – RFPs, InfoSec, commercial and legal negotiations.
  • Exceptional consultative and storytelling skills, able to connect people outcomes to business transformation.
  • MBA or Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) from a reputed institution is required.

Role Overview

As a Quality Engineer – Mobile, you will ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our mobile applications. You’ll test, troubleshoot, and validate iOS & Android app features, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. You will work closely with developers, designers, backend engineers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test mobile applications on Android and iOS devices/emulators.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and checklists for mobile features.
  • Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, performance, and compatibility testing.
  • Validate API responses using Postman and ensure accurate app-server integration.

  • Experience with testing tools like:
    • Postman (API Testing)
    • Charles Proxy / Android Debug Bridge (ADB) commands
  • Knowledge of app release processes (APK/IPA builds, TestFlight, Play Store internal testing).
  • Familiarity with STLC, Agile methodologies, test case design & execution.

Nice-to-Have Skills
